Naval blue surf to sand booster top. This is a little more accommodating to a fuller bust than I though, but I still don’t like it on multiple levels. [Lululemon Quarry Market]

I am having visions of what they would say on Project Runway to all of this.
I will say I think the black paddle crop top is cute. I don’t need a crop top, but I do think it’s cute.

Some of the girls are pulling it off, and I’ve always thought the back of the triangle top is cute, but there are just sooo many other better swim options out there…
Marshmallow says
Yeah, I just think it comes down to the proliferation of better options. It seems to me that it would be hard to not stumble upon a swimsuit more flattering and/or cute no matter your body type. I don’t want to harp on the subject though! And who knows, maybe for somebody one of these is the swimsuit they’ve been looking for…

Hi! Do you think we might get more surf shorts, or this is it?
Suzanne | Agent Athletica says
My leaning is no, because the current colors in the shorts incorporate almost all of the patterns and colors used in the swim line right now. The only colors that *aren’t* included are lemon lime, dragonfly, plum, and naked. So if there are any more, they would probably be in those colors (except probably not naked because that would look really awkward, lol). I could maybe see a reversible dragonfly/lemon lime like the rash guard and hipster. Also, last year there were only 3 surf short colors and so this year we’ve already topped that with 4, so I’m not sure they would go all the way to 5. Of course, this is all just a guess. :)

Thanks :) Yeah, I was just wondering if the paradise grid & the tiger stripes-like shanti surf shorts would make it to the states, but I didn’t think LLM had more than one annual swimwear collection release :(
Suzanne | Agent Athletica says
Yeah, I’m betting those were Aus only. :(

So here’s my take on the swim stuff, I purchased the tie top, boyshort bottoms and surf shorts. I actually found the boyshorts almost completely covered my bum, the girl in the pink shorts in these photos has a lot more hanging out for some reason (she has a longer bum than me?) and the surf shorts fit almost like a pair of speeds with a tracker waistband. I tried on all the swim tops in store, the tie top fit me best but I sized up to get more fabric to cover the goods, I am barely a B cup but when I tried on my regular size 6 top and bent over I was practically falling out of the size 6. The triangle top was cute but I don’t like light colored tops without a liner for obvious reasons. The booster top did weird things to my boobs and the straps do not lie nicely, the sport top was OK but made me look super flat. I did not bother trying on any of the lower coverage bottoms.
So there you go, I can definitely understand why most people wont be excited about this years swim capsule and fully expect the items I bought to end up in the WMTM section in a few weeks – but I’ll already be on the beach :)

Thanks for the notes! I’m glad it worked out for you. Not surprised you had to size up on top. Also, lulu has been so stingy with MD’s lately that I bet it’ll be the end of summer before these make it to WMTM…

Hi- I realize this is an older post but I just found it while searching for sporty swimsuits and I wanted to thank you! The lime green rashguard is super cute and looks great with those bottoms. I love the laces on the side. I’m going to see if I can find something similar– any suggestions?
