Next Week: Bleacher Stripe + True Self Yoga Pieces + Poseidon Pleat to Street Skirt

June 4, 2015 / 6 Comments

Time for another week of lululemon upload previews via What We Love.  I actually think most of the previews this week are really pretty.  Though I doubt I’ll get anything shown here, I’m liking the vibes.

The true self bra popped up overseas early last month (in another version of bleacher stripe), and bleacher stripe white iris flower appeared on a dancing warrior tank in Europe this week.  The more I see this print, the more I like it.  It’s perfectly summery without being overbearingly bright or juvenile.  It’s a bit reminiscent of beachscape from last spring, but better and cleaner in my opinion.  The true self bra is a pretty and unique design.  Looks like it’s lower support/coverage.

Also part of the true self collection: crops with a macrame-inspired calf detail.  More bleacher stripe here.  Note the description says there are two layers on the butt, which is promising for opacity.

A couple more yoga pieces: new burnout yoga flow tee.  Speaking of burnout tees, I wonder if the go om short sleeve is going to upload along with this?  It’s been out in Europe since April.  Also, continuing with the bombardment of floral backdrop, some WUC are coming this week.  The description actually says floral sport backdrop, so maybe the folks at lulu are as confused about which is which as I am. :) Pretty sure this is floral backdrop, though.

A couple non-yoga things here.  Canadians will be getting the iris flower energy bra as well as jeweled magenta/dashing purple run times shorts.  Since we’re moving away from JM and dashing purple, I wonder if these were delayed a bit.

One last new yoga piece: new wrap it up tank in grapefruit.  This one looks pretty nice.  I like the wrap details in the front and the back cutout.  Lastly, rounding out this week’s previews, the pleat to street skirt in poseidon/sea mist.  This actually sold out really quickly when it was uploaded in Asia early last month, so I expect it’ll go quickly this week, too.

I really like that poseidon pleat to street but not much else is appealing. I would LOVE the black gradient bleacher stripe in a pant or crop but without the netting detail on the leg.

Yes that would be really pretty! I bet it would look nice on inspires or just plain WUs.

I’m bummed the iris flower energy bra is Canada only! Unfortunately the macrame bra doesn’t look very supportive so I have a feeling it’ll be a pass for me, but I do love the colors.

Yes it’s a pretty one! I bet it’ll be in the US soon. I agree that the macrame bra is probably minimally supportive, especially looking at the thin straps. I would love that print on an energy bra!

I like the new crops and bra! The wrap it up tank is cute, but it does kinda remind me of ladies shape wear bathing suits, like the one my grandma wears. :/

Ugh, a couple people have said that about the wrap it up tank, and it’s kind of ruining it, lol. That said, I don’t really do built-in bra tanks anymore so I wasn’t really seriously thinking of buying it anyway.
