Lululemon wunder under crops in surge
Ok, ok, I am totally cheating by posting these pics. This was actually from a hike a couple months ago, but…I can’t NOT post them. They’re too cool. Deal with it.
This is Devil’s Bridge in Sedona, AZ, a natural sandstone bridge formation. A camera kind of kills the 3 dimensional awesomeness, but…you get the idea.

Back to boring mirror pics.
I switched up my shorts routine for crops. I balanced out the warmth of the crops with an open back tank, which also happens to be one of my favorite tanks.

This was my first time swinging 35 lbs for reps (yes it’s only 35 lbs). Ouch. BUT on the bright side I did not drop it on my head, nor did it slip out of my hands and go flying across the gym.
Small victories, folks. Small victories.

I welcomed quiet stripe speeds into the family this week. I scored these at a steal of a price by a stroke of brilliant luck. I tested them out at CrossFit and PR’d both my 400M sprint time and my strict press. So, I say they’re lucky. :)
Gorgeous! Love your style.
Thank you!! :)
The pictures on the salt bridge are beautiful!
Even more majestic to be there! :)
Wow! 1st 2 pics are gorgeous!
Yes, Sedona is like a different planet! There was a big wildfire near there recently, but now that that’s taken care of, I’m gonna have to pay another visit, lots more cool trails to do!
Love the pics! You must visit more national parks and post more gorgeous pics :)
Yes totally! The top of my list right now is to go to Zion National Park in Utah. It’s about 5 hours away though so it’d be a pretty big undertaking! There’s a lot of incredible stuff around there, though. Hoping I can make it happen before too long!
