Manduka pro limited edition – black grace

I love this outfit as a soft transition from summer into fall.  The mornings and evenings here are freezing, so I can’t leave the house without some kind of jacket or pullover.  My boyfriend bought me this rest day pullover back when I could count the lulu I owned on one hand, so it has some sentimental value.  The mint shade is feminine and pretty, and I always get compliments on it.  As much as I love my speed shorts, I’m happy to be moving into crops season to show some of my favorites some love.  These Koral crops are one of those favorites, since the textured white fabric is unexpected and really makes other colors look so vibrant.  Plus I still can’t get over the fact that they’re white and 100% opaque.  I’ve had them for a few months and, miraculously, haven’t gotten any awful stains on them yet! (Unfortunately, the same can’t be said for the rest day PO, which is currently being treated for a rogue drip of pasta sauce…)

This past weekend, I participated in a CrossFit competition (recap post is coming!), plus had a really busy schedule on top of that, so this week has been spent trying to recover.  I’m slowly moving past the muscle soreness, though still overall feeling pretty sluggish.  My days have been overwhelmingly busy lately, so I’m looking forward to the weekend.  It’s the first weekend in a month that I have an open-ended schedule.  The weather’s going to be pretty crappy, so it’ll be a perfect time to sit around under a blanket with some tea!

Funny, I just dropped my Rest Day Pullovers off today to get altered. I really love that piece, but I don’t wear them enough because the sleeves are so short on me. I’m going to try to get them lengthened and see if that helps them get a little outside-of-the-closet time. It’s an oldie but a goodie!!

Heh, meanwhile my problem is that the sleeves are so long that they’ve ended up getting pretty dirty. :P

AA – I was wondering if you’ve ever tried the Fractal Reglan tee by Alala? It looks interesting, but the price is a little steep. I was wondering if it’s worth it?

I actually have two of them! They are very soft and I wear them with skinnies to work all the time (I work in a lab so the dress code is casual). Just take note that the sleeves are cut quite slim. For me, that’s a plus, but definitely isn’t the case for everyone. I was hesitant to pay full price, so I grabbed both of mine on sale and am very happy with them. Hope that helps. :)
