Overseas Previews: New Hit Your Stride Skirts + Regal Plum CRB

April 14, 2015 / 4 Comments

Just a couple brief previews from international uploads this week, not nearly as much as last week:

Three new hit your stride skirts: breezie regal plum and pigment wave black/white.  I like the pigment wave.  This style of skirt is really cute, although pretty short.

New butter pink cool racerback.  I believe this is in Canada stores.  This is similar to neutral blush, but appears to be more of a peachy yellow shade of pink versus neutral blush.

Lululemon regal plum cool racerback

An Aussie gal picked up this regal plum cool racerback in a local store.  These have not been uploaded to any country yet, but it’s within the overseas preview theme, anyway. [Thanks to Agent R for this photo]

Lastly, new regal plum street to studio pants. Maybe full-length dance studio pants in regal plum will be coming too?

I just realized that the Regal Plum CRB (at least in the photo) looks identical to my Yogasmoga racerback in Viola (http://yogasmoga.com/women/tops/tanks/my-racer-back?color=217). Got $25 off it too since I was a first time buyer.

And in case anyone is wondering, I got it in my LLL size 4. It slightly shorter than CRB and tighter around the waist (which is a plus for me since CRB is looser than I would like), but it is also tighter around the underarms, so it cuts in a bit to show my underarm fat.

Ohh you’re right, the colors are pretty similar. I think viola is a little more of a deep purple than regal plum, but they’re definitely in the same general range. I have one of YS’s racerbacks and had basically the same fit experience. The neckline’s a bit higher also, by like an inch or less.

I have the animal print hit your stride skirt from the first release, and I’d say it’s close, or identical, to the normal pacesetter length. It’s adorable, and is very well thought out with the pocket placements and the reflective details. Hopefully more solid colors come out!

I’d be all over a Regal Plum CRB. I hope they come to Canada. The Butter Pink is more pigmented than Neutral Blush; I didn’t care for that shade. It’s virtually the same warm pink as the ballet leotards my daughter used to wear.

I hardly ever wear my YS racer backs. I had the same experience with them digging in under the arms. Not a flattering look. I think they’re about to become sleepwear.
