Next Week: More CRBs + Lots of Iris Flower + Cyber Stripe High Times in Canada!

June 11, 2015 / 15 Comments

On the docket for this week’s What We Love…

This isn’t in the pics, but Katelin said Canada will finally be getting the cyber stripe silver fox high times pants!  If you’re still pining for these, you’ll finally get your chance.  Update: bad news, Katelin added in the comments that the high times won’t make it this week.  It sounds like they’re delayed and will be on their way in later weeks.

Besides the bleacher stripe cool racerback pictured here, Katelin says there will be a “few” CRBs dropping this week.  Pistachio for the US maybe?  Grapefruit?  Yes please to grapefruit.  Also, I dig the header pic they chose.  I’m guessing this week will be another run upload after the yoga theme last week.

The sun showers jacket is coming our way.  This appeared overseas last week, though not in grapefruit.  This reminds me a little of the very light flare rise and shine jacket from last year, though obviously a different shape.  You definitely won’t be missed in this jacket.  Also, confetti cake spring breakaway shorts.  I don’t love confetti cake.  Ok, I actually hate confetti cake.  Sorry. :P

These pretty things are getting uploaded after being spotted in Canada stores this week and overseas online.  I like the print, but can’t decide if it’s just too much in a full-length style like this.

More colors of the what the sport tee seem to be coming, including iris flower.  The material looks a bit textured.  Also, the net pop define from the UK is on its way.

These last two items are the cutest of the bunch (perhaps also literally the cutesy-est).  The all tied up tank looks really nice in pretty purple.  Lastly, the iris flower pleat to street skirt, also as seen overseas the other day (seems like almost all of this preview is already overseas!), which is really pretty and summery.

Totally off topic but I had to tell someone! Yogasmoga is on Ruelala, the flash sale site RIGHT NOW! Tanks & bras for $30 and crops of $55!

I’ve seen most of these in store this week here in Montréal…. Meh, meh and meh. The inspires are really nice but my body cannot rock that style (slim but too bootylicius).

The inspires are the only thing I’m a little tempted by, but I think it’s a little tooooo much print since they are full length. I wish lulu had a luxtreme crop out right now that I liked, because I might like it better if it was shorter.

I would be all over the tied up tank if it…didn’t tie haha. It’d be perfect as a full tank!

want to try the pleat to street skirt but was told the pleats don’t hold too well :( i have a big booty hence I don’t wanna look like a peacock with the flared pleats lol!
AA have you tried it out?

oh so off topic. has anyone tried montiel’s tear drop bras. they are going for 3 for USD99! so tempted to but I’m not sure if the high neck at the back would hurt.
would be grateful for any comments :D

I tried on a pleat to street like a year ago. I’ll see if I can dig up my pics in a min–they’re on my other computer, lol. As for the tear drop bras, I haven’t tried them myself but I’ve seen a couple of positive reviews, none negative.

Ok these pictures are truly terrible but I hope they give you an idea. In the regular pic you can see that there’s some slight wrinkling at the pleats. If I bend, like in the second pic, the pleats get a little bit more wonky. I would call my booty medium for my frame, lol. That said, this was last August so I don’t know if things are any different with these now.

Thanks so much for your time and effort in getting up the pix :) The skirt definitely does not do justice to your frame!

You’re welcome! I actually tried it on again today and felt like it looked a little bit better than I remember last year. The pleat issue didn’t seem as bad either. Maybe that’s part of the change from the regular pleat to street to the pleat to street ii? Beats me.

Hoping for the pistachio CRB! I returned the dragonfly WTSS because it was too sheer so would love a similar green shade. Went to my local store to see if they have the Refresh Maxi Dress. Of course, they didn’t. But the new bags are really nice. I forget the names, but the smaller one released last week & bigger silver fox one are nice. Might go back for silver fox…

Yeah, I think the pistachio CRB will be better. I was just at a store today (yay!) and they had the maxi dresses in all 4 colors. I wasn’t expecting to like it but it was actually really cute!
