March 19, 2015 / 10 Comments

New stuff coming from this week’s What We Love:

The on the daily hoodie in bordeaux drama is coming to Canada.  These hoodies have been getting a lot of buzz, so this will be happy news for a lot of folks.

Two exciting new pieces: the clear mint cool racerback and the electric coral free to be wild bra.  The CRB is good news because solid CRBs are such a rare treat these days, and the FTBW is good news because lots of people were hoping to see more electric coral.

New city kick it pants, a looser fit yoga crop option.  It’s been a little while since we’ve seen a slightly relaxed fit luon crop.

The sea-me run capsule is coming to the US.  Katelin mentions she does not know if/when this will be coming to Canada.  All of this is already on the foreign websites so seeing this collection isn’t super earth-shattering.  I figured it was coming fairly soon after the swim stuff dropped last week.

More sea-me run stuff.  The prickly pear sea-me run shorts are just…a little alarming.  I predict a slow WMTM death for these.  Just me?

Am I the only one scratching my head about the clear mint crb??? We already had one not long ago… Maybe 5 or 6 months ago… I had to buy mine from a Canadian because it was sold out online and in stores…

Nope. Not just you. I hated the Clear Mint color the first time around. On most of the items. As piping accent maybe. Just not a great color on me and I hate neon. I swore I wouldn’t wear as an adult the same stuff I wore as a teenager in the 80’s and Neon is one of those (along with jumpsuits, onesies and overalls :P )

I keep going back and forth on clear mint. I think with my complexion, it’s best to keep brights on the bottom, further away from my face, so the CRB is probably a pass for me.

True, there was one in April of last year. If they’ll re-release a clear mint CRB, I wish they would’ve re-release good colors like black grape this past fall. :(

I also heard (read?) that the US will finally get the navy crb this week too along with the sugar crush print (or whatever that moldy looking one is called). Katelin mentioned it under the “what we love” posting on the lulu page.

Oh good! Glad we won’t have to wait months for the navy. :)

The hoodie is bordeaux drama. The fit is nice, but it has an odd white zipper on it. Fail

Oops! Thanks for the catch. I totally knew that but was in a little bit of a rush when I typed this up. :)

Went to my local store to return my Miss Misty and check the markdowns. They didn’t have much–not nearly the amount that’s online–but I scored big: black herringbone WUPs in my size for $59! Also got the grey/black Hip to be Free bag. it’s overpriced for what it is, but I don’t have a small bag and sometimes just need to carry a few things. It’s a nice design (the space between the two compartments can fit my phone) and can hold a lot for how small it is. Also tried on the Retreat Bra, Sculpt Short, Weekend LS, and new heathered black Groove Pant. Really liked all of them but don’t need any so left them at the store.
