Two winter layers: the blizzard parka and the re-release of the fleecy keen jacket. It’s 58 degrees in my house right now, and those jackets are looking positively divine right now, ya know?
Looks like yet ANOTHER version of sashico wunder unders is coming. This particular flavor is regular rise luxtreme. How many sashico WUs are we up to now? Like 5? I’ve lost track.
Another stripe version of the race your pace is coming. I’m not crazy about this one, and poor stripe placement will probably be a concern.
Two new tanks: the laser cut 105F (seen overseas this past week) and new ravi tank. The ravi tank looks like it might be made of cotton. I still think the special panel on the back of the 105F is fug.
Canada is getting a coco pique bhakti yoga jacket. This has potential. She also notes: “PS. Dear Canada – hint hint on the Coco Pique…” I’m guessing this is a hint that the vinyasa the US already got will be uploaded in Canada next week.
Lastly, the berry yum yum in the flows (first spotted overseas last week) will get to the US. I don’t like how ITFs look on me but this color is one of my favorites right now.
Received the coco pique vinyasa scarves today – that’s right I ordered two! They feel soft and fluffy. As a fellow scientist, I decided to compare the masses of different vinyasa scarves. Here is the result: both coco pique are below 300 g (280 and 294), grey hyperstripe is 301 g, and bd/bb is the winner at 310 g. I am also not crazy about how the yarns are woven and the different shades of grey in coco pique – a less polished look than I typically go for. I am keeping my eyes open for herringbone and mini checked pique, hopefully in interesting colors!

Hahaha omg that’s awesome!! You inspired me to weigh a couple of mine: my white herringbone from a few weeks ago is a paltry 270g, and my mini check from last year is 302. Interesting indeed! I don’t receive my coco pique til Monday, sadly. I may end up selling it though since I have herringbone and mini check, but I had to at least give it a try! :)
