Lulu Overseas: Rebel Runner Crops + Dramatic Static and Wee Stripe CRBs

October 6, 2015 / 10 Comments

Thanks to the international uploads this week, my lululemon wish list is growing.  It’s a good things I didn’t buy any lulu in September and that most of my non-lulu purchases went back, because between the lulu wants and new stuff rolling out from other brands, it looks like I’m going to need every dollar of those savings for October!

Lululemon mini pop stripe rebel runner crops

Lululemon wine berry rebel runner crops

Lululemon dark fuel rebel runner crops

Rebel runner crops are back!  The new colors are mini pop stripe, wine berry, and dark fuel.  I like all of them, but I love dark fuel most.  I was literally just thinking last week “you know what would be nice, dark fuel rebel runners”.  And lo and behold, my wish has been granted!  Yesss.

I have a pair in black grape from last fall, and they are excellent all-purpose crops for high-intensity training like running or crossfit.  The 7/8 length is great for us shorties, since it ends up being the perfect ankle length with no bunching.  The rebel runners in black have already snuck their way onto the US side, but we’ll have to wait for these new fall colors.

Lululemon heathered bordeaux drama base runner pants

Another fall favorite, the base runner pants are back, too (shown in heathered bordeaux drama).  These have been spotted in Canada stores.  They’re marked as the base runner pants iii, so hopefully they have fixed the rolling waistband issue that plagued previous releases.

Cool racerbacks in dramatic static and wee stripe bordeaux/bon bon.

Lululemon forage teal karma kurmasana turtleneck

New style: the karma kurmasana turtleneck.  It’s made of merino, the color here is forage teal.  You can’t really see them in this pic, but it actually has side zipper accents.

Lululemon black find your mantra hoodie

Another new merino piece: the find your mantra hoodie.  It also comes in bordeaux.

Lululemon dark fuel swiftly long sleeve

The swiftly long sleeve is pretty in dark fuel.

Lululemon clouded dreams sprinkler speed shorts

Lululemon painted animal bordeaux drama speed shorts

Lululemon mountain peaks forage teal speed shorts

Lululemon flash light wine berry speed shorts

Lots of new speed shorts!  Clouded dreams sprinkler are from Australia, then we have brushed animal bordeaux drama, mountain peaks forage teal, and flash light/wine berry all from Asia.  This is the third flash light speed short they’ve done in the past year or so, and the oh-so-similar flash light/dashing purple are actually still on the site.  Kind of a surprising move, but flash light is a great color.

Lululemon dark fuel fleecy keen jacket

Fleecy keen jackets are back–this one is dark fuel.

Lululemon forage teal textured swiftly racerback

More teal: nice textured swiftly racerback in forage teal.

Lululemon daily practice jacket coco pique

Daily practice jacket in coco pique.

Lululemon bordeaux drama tough it out tank

New tough it out tank, with a layered tank-over-bra look.  The proportions on this look funny to me.

Lululemon naval blue take it easy tank

New take it easy tank, a drapey muscle tank style made of modal.

Lululemon vent it out singlet clouded dreams sprinkler blue

New vent it out singlet from Australia, shown in clouded dreams sprinkler.  This has an interesting fishtail design feature in the back.

Lululemon clouded dreams cosmic teal stuff your bra

Yet another stuff your bra, in clouded dreams menthol.  Australia’s upload this week was heavy on clouded dreams and the pink/teal color palette.

Lululemon cosmic teal mesh with me long sleeve

New cosmic teal mesh with me long sleeve.  This has the same back detail as the singlet above.

Yas! I love rebel runners! I have two pairs from last year. I prefer runday crops but I’ll take the rebel runners.

I didn’t care much for rundays, so I’m happy to see rebel runners instead. :) They’re pretty similar though, it’s true.

I want to try the rebel runners and the base runners. Hopefully I can see them in the store.

I ordered the gator green speeds! :)

The base runners and rebel runners have both in stores in the past so your odds are probably pretty good!

All the overseas stuff is way better than what we’ve been getting recently, I always get so excited looking at the product from Hong Kong/Aus/UK and then when “What We Love” or upload happens here I get sad :( There have been quite a few pieces I was eyeing throughout the summer that never made it here either. Between that and the differences between Canada/US, bah!

I’ll definitely be stalking the uploads for those Rebel Runners! And there have been a few different high neck tanks released overseas that haven’t made it here yet so I’ll keep my fingers crossed for the take it easy tank.

Yes, almost EVERY week I’m more excited about uploads everywhere BUT the US. Then, by the time something does come to the US (if it does at all!), half the time I’ve lost interest. : It sucks that the lulu buyers have been taking a lot of the fun out for us by putting us on a delayed (or nonexistent) delivery schedule.

Those Rebel Runners do look nice, and people seem to really like them… considering how disappointed I’ve been with the Speed tights available here (and still no sign of the crops coming to US), I might consider the RRs instead, whenever they get here!

Yes I think the rebel runners are definitely worth a try! Assuming they even get here, ugh. :P

I have been so “blah” on Lulu lately but the black grape rebel runners are my #2 pair of all around bottoms (next to the exquisite pants) . I’ll stalk the website and/or stores for fuel green!

Really wish they’d bring a brighter teal bag in a solid. Not a fan of the gym to win from last weeks’ print although the colors are nice.

A teal bag would be pretty! I don’t like a lot of the prints out right now either.
