In Stores: Picnic Play Dress + Tie Dye Swiftlies (P.S. Sneaky Upload Today!)

July 26, 2015 / 13 Comments

First up, a little PSA: in case you haven’t heard, there was a sneaky lululemon upload of a few things on the US side tonight.  The wanderlust edition highest times pants are live!  There’s also alarming speed shorts (no size 2), gator green luxtreme jet crops, and 2 new luon jet crops in silver spoon WAFS and ace spot grain.  Pretty sure these back spin stroke peacock blue inspire tights are new too!  None of this is on the “what’s new” page so there might be some things I missed!

Anyway, this week in lululemon stores, the picnic play dress got a lot of attention.  Most of the rest of the products this week highlighted run gear like the tie dye swiftlies and a couple items from the pedal to the medal capsule.

I had to get the highest times in iris flower. They are just too pretty.

I got those too! :) Also @AgentAthletica I found the heathered black/sunset stripe blush quartz multi Run Top Speed crops which I’m almost certain were another “sneaky upload” item.

I think the tranquil blue floral sport top speeds may also be new, but I don’t watch the top speeds closely enough to be sure…

Iris flower is pretty but I just can’t get into the whole tech mesh thing.

Yea me too. I’ll see how they look when I get them. I have no issues with returning things these days.

I got the highest times in the print, but I’m confused. ‘What we love’ says the highest times will be luon with the wanderlust logo, but when I bought them, it said luxtreme, and no logo in the pic. I’ll be happy with them either way, but I do kind of want to know. Also, she said the bag will be $128! Everyone else was saying $98. Hmmm….

wondering the same thing about the luxtreme vs. luon.
and, yeah what is up with the bag price?! i saw that too. i wonder if they are going to up the price for the online stuff and claim $98 was a “super special discount” for festival goers or something. although the highest times were not more. hmmm…

It has the wanderlust logo. On the butterfly print you need to look close but the N and S (top and bottom) are there – it’s just hard to see with the print. The navy pic of the pants shows the logo very well. They are Luxtreme, which in my opinion, is much cooler and wicks much better than luon. The WWL info given isn’t always the most accurate IMO. There are some things Lulu just can’t seem to fix – they’ve recently called trackers speed shorts in their Seawheeze preview. They uploaded the Run Times shorts pics under Speed Shorts. So saying it’s Luon when it’s Luxtreme really doesn’t surprise me at all

Oh! I see it now. Thanks!! Yeah, I prefer luxtreme too, so I’m hoping the description is correct, but I don’t mind Luon.

Yes I was wondering about the bag price! They’ve had a few pricing inconsistencies lately (though not all on purpose) so I guess we’ll wait and see. If they’re $128, I bet they won’t sell out nearly as quickly. That said, people were paying almost $200 for them on the facebook boards, so $128 would still be cheaper!

Hi Mindy, it’s stated as Luxtreme on the What We Love page. The luon one was for the High Times pants with the striped hem, not for the Highest Times Pants. :)
