So…pretty sure this is the most fall thing to ever happen on this blog. All it’s missing is pumpkin pie.
Like any good millennial female, I can’t help but like fall. There’s something calming about the season, since it marks the transition toward a more quiet, cozied-up time of year. It’s too bad, though, because since Julia and I took these photos, we seem to have skipped straight to winter. It’s already snowed twice, and I’m scraping ice off my windshield almost every morning. Sigh. Hopefully we’ll get a few more fall-appropriate days in there before December.
Anyway, as I’m sure many of you do, I like to wear my activewear casually, and I like to buy more casual pieces from active brands besides the more technical pieces. In fact, these days I hardly ever bother to buy casual clothes anymore unless it’s from an activewear brand. So, I liked the idea of changing things up by putting together a more casual, non-workout outfit. Even though this outfit is obviously very informal, I like that it still looks really cute and not sloppy at all, even though I’m literally wearing sweatpants and a hoodie. The white graphic tank from Glyder ended up being perfect to pull everything together.
To cheese up this photoshoot even more, I tried to throw leaves in the air because fall. The problem is that then they fall back in your face. Honestly, I don’t know why I wasn’t expecting that one.
You are literally too cute! These pics are beautiful. Lucky you to live in/have access to this scenery.
Aw thanks Sue!! The west is pretty awesome, indeed, in the literally AWE-some sense. :)
I love this whole outfit, as well as the photoshoot! Totally makes me regret not getting this Scuba.
Thanks Ashleigh! :)
so beautiful!!!
and you are just darling.
is it creepy that a bunch of women you don’t know think you’re darling?
cause they do.
Haha nah, it’s all good, kinda part of the blogging territory I suppose. :P
So sad that i missed this Scuba. It looks perfect on you.
Thanks! Sorry you missed this one–I almost did too!
I was wondering if you kept that scuba! I just love this outfit, the gorgeous setting, and the beautiful photos. I am jealous of your snow!
Thanks! You can have the snow. :P
Love the photos and the outfit! I totally regret returning that scuba. :/
Thanks Mel! Sorry for the scuba reminder. D:
Hi. I love the hoodie. Where can I buy one ?
Unfortunately, this is a style from a couple of years ago, so it’s no longer sold in retail stores. The only place to find one would be a resale site like eBay.
I know this is an old post but found it via Pinterest…I LOVE this hoodie and wish it was still available. It’s also nice to see a fashion blogger that posts active wear because that’s all I ever wear even when I am not active.
Thanks Terri! Sadly I can’t usually wear my activewear to work, but that’s basically what I’m wearing at all other times too. ;)
