From a UK store: new miss misty jacket color with an embossed star crushed-ish pattern. I believe it’s called dream catcher embossed naked but I don’t know this for sure yet. The accents look like clear mint but miiight be dragonfly or lemon lime. [Lululemon Richmond Showroom]

OT but I just had to share with my fellow addicts who would understand my sadness. I placed a LLL order on the 12th, and FedEx lost the package en route! Doubtful it will be found at this point since it’s been several days now. Of course the item I ordered is no longer available because it was on MD. I’m SO disappointed! Has anyone ever had this happen? Any tips? I’m considering calling around to a couple of stores to see if they still have it available…

It’s happened to me twice. They did a trace of the packages, did not find them, and refunded me in full (one order was about $1k) but half the items were no longer available because it took a week. They do not require signature on packages and I live in New York City, bad combination.

Alex, thanks for the info – I’m so sorry it’s happened to you, too. It’s such a bummer, isn’t it? Good to know you got refunded – I’ll be working on getting that sorted this week. :/

Oh wow, you’d think that on packages above a certain value they’d require a signature, especially considering how conspicuous their packaging is. Yikes.

if you’re worried about the package sitting there unguarded ;) maybe you could have it redirected to a FedEx store? I always do that if I’m not going to be around to get the package from the delivery person. of course, this doesn’t help in Mel’s case (package MIA) but if you’ve had stuff stolen from your door before, this could be useful. it’s super easy too, I do it from FedEx app on my phone. you can even have the tracking info for any delivery to your address automatically link to your FedEx account so you don’t even have to pull that in from your order history on lululemon

Picking up a package is a real hassle in New York (unless you have a car), especially when it’s a box of clothing not their packing bag. Lululemon needs to pay for signature confirmation and FedEx needs to not leave things in unlocked hallways.

Oh geez that sucks. :( Thankfully, this hasn’t happened to me (yet?). Best case scenario, you could get the same item shipped from a store, but that’s obviously a pain in the neck to try to track down and might not be worth it. I hope HQ gets it sorted for you, although obviously it’s not an ideal situation on multiple levels.

AA, thought of you and your love of pigment blue just now, scored a Weekend Warrior in pigment houndstooth for $89 on MD (had a $50 credit). Moving back to the west coast (or New Mexico, actually), can’t wait to use it on my flight and on road trips! Where in AZ are you? I’m aching to see all the lovely southwestern landscapes and trails. So funny, I’ll be in the same boat soon with no nearby store if I move to Santa Fe (closet store in ABQ). This is the first time I’ve been in to my Brooklyn store in ages because they are so obnoxious, so it likely won’t even matter.

Nicely done! I know the neutral blush WWs went on MD for the stores that still had them. I had to resist calling up stores to hunt one down. Kept reminding myself that 1) I don’t love the coal straps, they look a little harsh, 2) it would get super dirty, and 3) I only use my zin WW like once every 3 months anyway, and I love that one more. Sigh, the struggle.
Anyway, wow, Santa Fe would be a big change from NYC! I haven’t actually been there, I’ve only passed through NM via I-40 when I moved. I’m in Flagstaff, which is basically between Sedona and the Grand Canyon. We actually just went on a short jaunt to Durango (CO) this week, there’s indeed so much to explore in this area in just about every direction, especially for an east coaster like me!
