As everyone expected, this week was a pretty massive swim drop. There were a few “normal” things thrown in there too, but really nothing super-exciting/new. It was an easy night for me, nothing tempting thankfully!
Overall, I think the color choices are nice for this year’s swim, even if the rest doesn’t particularly appeal to me. All the surf to swim line is here. The paddle stuff isn’t in that link, but the crop top, tights, and one piece are all up for the US only.
In my opinion, the surf shorts are by far the cutest and most practical piece of the swim lineup. Although the shanti surf shorts from last year are basically an identical cut, the new surf shorts are made of warpstreme.
Blue tropics speeds in the US, nimbus puff for Canada. Nimbus puff are officially 4-way.
The US got the heathered slate/clear mint FTBW that was spotted in Canada a few weeks ago. US also got star crushed while Canada got cyber stripe silver fox and black cherry.
At long last, Canada got their white moody mirage rolldown WUC.
Also, the moody mirage CRB uploaded to the US. Canada got sugar crush.
The warrior scarves are up for the US. Just now seeing that these are $78–eek. Note the polka dot burnout tee here. Still no find your om scarves in the US.
This star crushed pace rival skirt is cute, but for some reason it’s listed as sugar crush, so who knows which of those people who order this will get.
These new sculpt shorts (electric coral here) look like they’re made of seamless fabric.

I bought almost the entire swim collection last year and ended up returning most of it and selling what I bought from WMTM. Only kept one swim top but this year’s looks even less appealing. I paddleboard year round so I was really disappointed in this capsule. I did get the FTBW and inspire tights in the star crushed pattern.
Interesting you like last year’s so much more. All the bleached coral flowabunga last year….oof.
Well I didn’t get the flowabunga. lol. I got the cadet blue, bali breeze and pretty palm stuff.
Unlined Regular Studio Pants II in black :) I have been kicking myself forever for not getting a pair of these before they were gone from my store and the online site and now they are back :) Yay! They will be perfect to throw on over my run crops for dog walks when it’s just too chilly for walking the meandering fuzzball in the crops post-run.
Nothing else though…on the swimwear front, the only C/D option looks like a bra from the back which is not how I want my bikini top to look. Had they made it with a racerback or halter style, I would’ve given it a try as I am in need of a new bathing suit. But, alas, it was not to be.
Hooray for the studio pants! :) I don’t look to lulu at all for swimwear. It’s enough of a nightmare for me to find something that fits that their stuff is totally hopeless. : I’m probably going to have to go into swimsuit shopping hell this year–my only 2 bikinis are >5 years old each and my weightlifting butt seems to have outgrown them. Sigh.
I ordered the tie top, boy short and surf short all in harbour blue… I’ll let you know how I like them when they arrive!

The blue tropics and clouds SSs seem to be two different shorts in the above stock pics. One flares out so much more than the other.

I ordered an item with mesh :( -Succumbed to the black plank top that was on WMTM, along with the black cherry SSs, and the black 105 singlet with scallop edges. Panicking slightly that LLM is phasing out the cute scallop edges.
Yes, I think I did hear that the scalloped 105F’s are being phased out. I think the new vintage pink 105F has straight edges. I also heard the neckline is now lower.
Yes, the new version looks very un-special IRL. LLM just messed up another staple. :(
