Heathered black what the sport singlet and menthol speed shorts. (In case this wasn’t obvious, never put your phone in your speeds pocket like that unless you have a death wish for your phone.) (Edit: or if you can somehow make it zip shut. I have no idea how this is possible but apparently for some it is.) [Lululemon Roseville Galleria]

i always put my iPhone in the back pocket of my speeds. i’ve run half marathons that way. why is it a death wish? of course, i turn it sideways and zip it…

Not sure if it’s user error or a function of the size of my shorts/phone, but I’m pretty sure I would have to rip something to get it in there. If you can zip it in, though, by all means, go for it, lol.
bedford resident says
yeah… my shorts are a size 4 and it works… maybe the pocket is smaller on the size 2s. that’s what you get for being so fit :)
Suzanne | Agent Athletica says
Or maybe I am just too shy about it because I’m worried about ripping the pocket, lol.

Has anyone tried the heather black luxtreme in the Light Speed tight or the Speed 3. I love the look of the fabric but don’t know if it’s one of those colors that will show sweat. I really don’t like to look like I’ve wet my pants while running…!
Jenn @ Running on Lentils says
I have the speed tight in heathered slate, which is lighter. It does show sweat a little, but IMO it’s very subtle. I bet the heathered black would be even less.

Thanks!

The Light Speed Jacket reminds me on one of your recent gifs about how Lulu ruins products with bad design decisions. A run jacket with no thumbholes (let alone cuffins), hood that can’t be stashed, and tight elastic at the bottom? Ugh. The back venting is cute, but there are too many other problems with it.
Suzanne | Agent Athletica says
Yeah, I can definitely see how all those things would be a problem for running. And for $198? Nope.

I used to be able to zip my phone into the back pocket! I had an iPhone 5s at the time, so it may have something to do with size. I’ve yet to try it out with my iPhone 6. It’s much too cold to be wearing shorts where I live…
