OT, may I ask if you’ve tried the Fit Four’s Neo Grip gloves for lifting, or would you recommend any gloves?
I don’t use gloves. Part of the issue is that my hands are very small (I need a 5.5 or 6, which is basically an XXS and doesn’t really exist), so they don’t generally fit me. I do have a pair of Femme Fitale gloves that are pretty nice, but I don’t really wear them. I actually just put them back in my bag the other day to try them one more time on the cold metal pull-up bars.
